Loriston is a newly refurbished Victorian house, in a quiet area just off the seafront. It is walking distance to all the amenities Eastbourne has to offer. All diets are catered for by prior arrangement. This must be requested at the time of booking. Ironing facilities are available at Loriston Guest House. However, these facilities are not available in our bedrooms, only in the reception area. We do not allow irons in our bedrooms.
Any damage caused to the bedrooms during your stay will be charged in full to the credit card provided. A 2% charge applies to all credit card transactions.
Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
No deposit will be charged.
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Pets are not allowed.
Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
